OUR PUPPY:  Vet examined from a licensed veterinarian. Each puppy comes with a one year health guarantee against any hereditary or genetic defects. They also come with current vaccinations and dewormers. We provide a small bag of puppy food, bowls, a couple toys, a leash, a collar and a few pee pads. OUR RETURN POLICY  : Before buying a puppy please make sure you are 120% ready for a puppy. Puppies are not toys. Our return policy is to protect our pups from stress and other health concerns when a puppy is returned. We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse. That includes and extends to any and all situations such as puppy cries too much, puppy stresses you out, puppy having accidents in your home, you changed your mind, you no longer wanting a puppy anymore, allergies, you’re moving to a different place and etc.

HEALTH GUARANTEE: We give a one year health guarantee against any hereditary or genetic defects. If a puppy dies or is sick because of a hereditary or genetic defect the seller will give a full refund with a copy of the licensed veterinarian report. Seller is not responsible for vet bills. If the puppy test positive for Parvo virus within 10 days from the date of the purchase the seller will give a full refund if the buyer submit a copy of  the vet’s report.  
Our Health Guarantee does not extend or include: internal parasites (worms, giardia or coccidia), or external parasites (fleas, ticks, mites,lice). We are not responsible for vet bills.

PLEASE NOTE:  We only set appointments to meet a puppy on the day that you are prepared and plan on taking the puppy home, assuming that you like the puppy’s temperament, personality and appearance when you meet him or her in person. We do not schedule appointments if you have no intention on taking a puppy home on that day. We do so to minimize exposure to potential health risks to our pups.

DELIVERY:  We offer delivery service for the puppy to locations within 200 miles from Milpitas California. Depending on your location, the fee range is $100-$300. * 

Please note that the estimated weight and color of our puppies at maturity are projections only, based on the average weight and color of the dam and sire. As with many genetic issues, there can be exceptions and surprises to our best educated guesses; there are no guarantees when it comes to size and color.
